Company DOO INTERPRODUCT was established in 1998, with a clear business vision. From the very beginning, the Company has been committed to offering a product line of selected high quality products, which resulted in obtaining a large number of loyal customers and continued sales market growth.
Our Company is growing and advancing in both, its core business assets and stuff capacities. The initial turnover of only few thousand euros in 1998, was increased to more than €500,000.00 in 2007, and reached a figure of €1.2 mil in 2010, i.e. over €1.6 mil in 2013.
We have already expanded our production and business premises twice, with the latest reconstruction taken in 2009, which improved our business capacity by 100% respectively. Our development strategy for the forthcoming period includes one more reconstruction, as well as launching new products within our product line, in order to meet the market demand and give our customers an edge in today’s competitive market place.
In 2009 we implemented HACCP System. In February 2010 our Company received HACCP Certification issued by a German food-safety certification agency “TUV Rheinland“, and our products were awarded a gold medal for quality at the 2010 Novi Sad Food Fair. During the same year the Company obtained an export entity code, which increased our total sales by at least 50%, with a year-on-year upward trend of growth.
In 2011 we introduced ISO 9001: 2008 QMS Standard, which has successfully been applied in different business processes – production, storage, distribution, administration.
In 2012, the experts of the Russian State and Veterinary Service visited our Company and conducted an inspection and quality control of our products. According to their report, we were issued an export permission for the Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian markets.
In 2014 we were audited by the EU FVO experts, and their findings confirmed that our Company met the EU requirements in terms of food safety, since we fully complied with EU Directive 853 and 854. We expect that the follow-up visit of the Commission members will result in obtaining a permittion to export goods to the EU market.
We are going to implement new standards for the European and international market, which will open a significant number of possibilities for us, and therefore improve the product quality – among others, BRC and IFS standards come first as a high priority for us.
